All orders are processed and shipped within 8-14 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.

1. Contact Us First

Before returning any product, you must contact us on our contact page to receive approval and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

2. 30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. 

3. Product Condition

The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original, unopened packaging. We require pictures of the unopened box to process your return.

4. Reason for Return

When you contact us, please provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting the return.
